The drawing begins October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends November 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
The drawing is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) and who own, manage or work for a company that provides non-emergency medical transportation ("NEMT") in the United States. To be eligible, the entry must include:
Not eligible: employees, contractors and members of Sponsor and their immediate families and household members; employees of any company that advertises with or sponsors NEMTrepreneur; and NEMT brokers or transportation network companies entering under a broker or TNC NPI. Sponsor decides eligibility, and its decision is final.
Survey method. Complete the 2026 NEMT Operator Benchmark survey at nemtrepreneur.com/operator-benchmark during the Entry Period and include your email address and your organization's NPI. You do not need to answer the survey in any particular way, and your answers have no effect on your chance of winning.
Free alternate method. You can also enter without taking the survey. Email contact@nemtrepreneur.com with the subject line "Benchmark drawing entry" and include your name, company name, organization NPI and email address. Alternate entries must be received during the Entry Period and have the same chance of winning as survey entries.
Limit: one entry per NPI, no matter how many times or by how many methods you enter, or how many people from the same company enter. If more than one entry is received for an NPI, the earliest eligible entry counts. Entries made by script, bot or other automated means, or with false information, are void.
Three (3) prizes. Each prize is one $100 Amazon.com eGift Card, delivered by email. Approximate retail value of each prize: $100. Total value of all prizes: $300. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
On or about November 13, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three winners and three alternates from all eligible entries received, using a computer-based random selection. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will email each potential winner within three business days of the drawing. A potential winner must reply within seven days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Sponsor may ask a potential winner to confirm their role at the NEMT company tied to the NPI. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or cannot be reached, that prize goes to the next alternate in order. Gift cards are sent by email after confirmation.
Entry information is used to run this drawing and is handled under the NEMTrepreneur privacy policy. Winner selection never looks at survey answers, and survey results are published only as totals, never with a company's name. Entering does not add you to any email list. You join The NEMTrepreneur Dispatch only if you tick that box on the survey. Sponsor will not publish winners' names or companies. Winners may be described by state only.

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the drawing if fraud, technical problems or anything else outside its control affects its fairness or administration. If that happens, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures. To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from the drawing or a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
