Claim your listing26 points in three parts. Transparency, 14 points: can you calculate your bill from the website, broker integrations named, a driver app you can check in the app stores, claims billing named (837P or EDI), security stated (HIPAA plus a BAA offered), a free trial or no long-term contract, and a public help center. Each is worth 0 to 2. Features, 8 points: 16 features scored 1 for clearly stated, 0.5 for partial or paid add-on, then halved, so a long checklist cannot outweigh the rest. Track record, 4 points: years operating (8+ years = 2, 3 to 7 = 1) and customers named on the vendor's own site (5+ = 2, 1 to 4 = 1). Placeholder testimonials do not count.
Tiers are set by score alone. Tier 1 is 18 or more points, Tier 2 is 13 to 17.75, Tier 3 is under 13. Within each tier, products are sorted by score.
Due diligence checks. Every card shows three checks buyers ask about: 3+ years operating, 3+ customers named on the vendor's own site, and leadership you can identify (vendor site, dated press, a public filing or a LinkedIn profile). They do not change the score. They are there so you can weigh a young company's feature list against its history. Products under three years old carry a Newer platform label.
What we do not use. No review-site star ratings, no paid placement, no scores from our own opinion of the interface. Exhibiting at NEMTAC Transform is shown as a fact, not scored: a booth reflects a marketing budget.
Close calls. NEMT Platform (18.25) cleared Tier 1 in the September 29 re-check, and ZeitRide (17.25) is three quarters of a point short. Scores move when vendors publish more, which is the point.
